I have been with this GP for over 30 years. I have never in all that time struggled to get an appointment be it at the surgery or the other community services that are available to book. The reception team are great. I rang for an appointment yesterday and someone rang me back within two hours of calling to help me with my medical problem. Thanks Again!

I’ve been with this practice all of my life, but have dealt with several practices with other family members - I’ve never come across as one as good as the Spinney, in all aspects. They are always thorough and fantastically reassuring.

I have been to many GP surgeries in my life and this is by far the best. All the staff are friendly and helpful. Receptionists know how to speak to people and are very kind and patient. The Doctors listen properly and take the trouble to explain things properly. The nurses are lovely and great at what they do. If you want the best care in St Helens,this is the place for you!
