I have been referred to Wellbeing (mental health) support at the Seven Dials Medical Centre. The woman who has been helping me (apparently, supposed to remain anon in review) has been really amazing. Very kind. She patiently listens to me, makes very astute observations, then suggests what I can do to help. She's very calm, supportive, insightful & knowledgeable. A wonderful listener, too. I'd highly recommend her. Really fantastic. Thanks Angela

I telephoned at 08:00 hours this morning to book an appointment for both my wife and myself to see the doctor. The receptionist was polite and friendly. We were given an appointment at 11:00 hours for my wife and 11.10 hours for my wife. We attended the appointment as scheduled, the receptionist was pleasant and helpful. We were seen at the scheduled time and the doctor was welcoming and listened to our medical issues. We left the surgery happy.

Every time I have to call for an appointment I almost always have opportunity too. I never have issues with it because they are considerate and have many options via online, telephone and in person. I am so grateful to all the hardworking staff in this surgery and really am grateful for their caring attitude even during the very busy and stressed times that are consistently being put on the nhs Thank you to you all
