I transferred to this practice approx 5 years ago. I cannot fault the professional service I have received from them. Staff are friendly and helpful. It is a bit frustrating trying to get through to the surgery to get an appointment but when you do get through they can generally offer you an appointment later in the day. I have been referred to the hospital twice recently and I cannot fault the prompt and efficient service I have received from both the surgery and Eastbourne hospital

There are so many negative comments about GPs but I had a really good experience this week. I phoned the surgery as soon as it was open and was third in the queue. I waited less than 5 minutes before I spoke to a very helpful receptionist. I was given a face to face appointment with the doctor that same morning. She listened to what I had to say and now have a blood test booked for next week. I would give this practice 5 gold stars.
