Arrived early for 10:00 blood test - all done by 9:55. Plenty of time left to collect a prescription!

I went into the practice to book a prostate exam. The waiting room was totally empty, yet the receptionist told me I would have to book it online. I would dearly like to know what the receptionists actually do all day, if they haven't got time to simply use their computer to allocate an appointment for someone.

The doctor I saw was the best doctor I've seen in such a long time, so much better than my usual GP's. This is not my usual surgery, I was referred there for an ENT appointment. He was kind, caring and thorough. Would be more than happy to visit again at any time.

Today I went to Pinn Medical Centre to receive my COVID booster. Everything ran smoothly, it was very well organised. The COVID Team were helpful, efficient and friendly, a good experience.

The Docter I met was really a nice person! When I enter the room She greeted me with a very pleasant smile!First she examine me by checking my blood pressure and weight.Then she explained why did she arrange an appointment for me.Because I have been a a diabetic patient for about five years without taking medicine as I didn't want to take! But then she explained me the consequences of avoid taking medicine for diabetes!But I didn't want to take medicine!!I asked her to give me another trial for the my HbA1Cin another three months time.But she said can't wait for another three months as it is too late for starting medicine.she spoke continuously to make up my mind! Finally I have to agree with her suggestion to start medicine. She was an Angel!Because of her dedication, I started the proper treatment for my life long illness. I am very grateful to her!

My visit to the Pinn Medical Centre was satisfactory in that I was seen by an efficient and kind Doctor who did a thorough examination and also put me at ease. Blood tests and an ECG she recommended were able to be completed following the consultation which was really helpful. The nurses I met were also very pleasant.

I logged onto Patches at 0800 and within 40 minutes had received an email detailing an in person appointment for that morning. I was impressed with the speed of the appointment booking. I was also seen promptly on arrival at the surgery. My issue was dealt with and a referral made. I left with my mind put at rest. Overall I received excellent service today.

Exceptional service, from the reception staff to the doctors. Doctor was very thorough with her assessment, providing medication and advice on additional remedies to help with my infection. The experience I've had until now has been great and whenever I've needed to see a doctor, an appointment has been provided the same day via the patches app. Thank you once again!

My experience with the attention and understanding by all of the receptionists is excellent both with patience and time given when needed. Recently seen Nurse Practitioners who have been able to see me very quickly in the absence of a doctor. Very grateful to have such a caring practice in Pinner.
