I have been with the Practice for over 30 years! I’ve always been happy with the service they’ve given me and my family but particularly impressed during the Pandemic when I know things have been difficult. In past year I’ve needed to speak to a doctor on various health issues and there has always been one available to me. In fact I have had several face to face consultations over the past 6 months. All the doctors I have seen have spent a considerable amount time with me and I’ve received a phone call within and few hours of calling the Surgery. Great Receptionists too!! Thank you!

I had trouble with uploading a request document on the website and the new receptionist was extremely helpful. She went over and beyond to help me during the phone call and speedily delivered via text my blood test form in a matter of minutes of uploading the request. Thank you all at the Surgery. Wilson

It’s worse Service I ever came in contact with No Duty of Care just a bunch of Receptionist who are not helpful in helping their patients you can’t make appointments at Reception you have to phone and you can wait up to for ever before they pickup and only to be told ring next week as all appointments are Full so you start over again

Dear Michael I am sorry that you have had a poor experience when dealing with our receptionists. I note however that you have stated you last visited the practice in October last year. We have employed several new receptionists since then, for whom we have received many good reviews.
