Everything and everyone at this surgery go above and beyond to sort your every needs out my husband and myself can not speak highly enough about them the receptionist the nurses and doctors are brilliant I saw a doctor last Tuesday and she was very helpful and kind many thanks to you all

Great staff and doctors team. I always get an appointment for me and my children and they deliver the best service as I have tried a other surgeries.

Cannot thank this surgery enough! My daughter had a face to face with the doctor. The doctor could not have done any more, she was so approachable. We are new patients at the practice and i am so glad we changed! Thanks again. Highly recommend

The care from this surgery is exceptional. The receptionists are excellent. They are always polite and friendly and go out of their way to help you. The same applies to most of the doctors. The care they have given has been excellent and so is the follow up care. I cannot fault the care I have been given. The pharmacy joined onto the surgery reflects the same standards. They are very busy but medicines are always there on time! They are there to help and advise and are always friendly. All in all The Oaks sets a standard that other surgeries should follow. Thank you all.

The member of staff who was making telephone bookings went above and beyond to assist me to access the correct medical care. Follow-up care by the medical staff at the surgery was exceptional. The gentleman that I was directed to was kind, patient and so reassuring. Thank you. A wonderful team at The Oaks Medical Centre.

Live 1.8 miles of the centre and said we are out of range, registered my wife but not me. Then ended up saying we accidentally registered your wife. Clearly a admin problem there. Absolutely waste of time of a Practice.

Had an appointment recently, which i had put off for several months due to the lack of availability for non urgent appointments. I was finally seen by a GP i didnt recognise, he was rude, very unsympathetic and lacked in patient care! I am a nurse and would never have treated my patients with such lack of empathy or care. His attitude was appalling ! I am now thinking of leaving the surgery.

Waited about 5 weeks for a non urgent phone appointment which was fine however because you are not given a time for your appointment I was really worried about missing my slot. Dr called earlier than I anticipated and I couldn't get to my phone quickly enough so missed the call. Reception told me I would be called again but I then spent the next few hours being worried that Dr would call when I was driving (no Bluetooth). It would be really helpful if a time or even a time slot could be given for phone appointments as you do feel that you have to make yourself available all day at the moment. Coincidentally I had a hospital phone appointment due the following day. The hospital gave a time for the call and called me bang on time. This was a lot less stressful as I had a good idea when I would be called. It would be great if the practise could do the same please. As far the Dr was concerned, I did feel a little rushed and she spoke very quickly leaving few gaps for any questions however I achieved what I needed to from the call. I've always found staff at the practise whether medical or reception, to be helpful.

Called to speak to the prescribing team for a health query. A member of the team said she needed to speak to doctor and would call me back. Less than an hour later she had spoken to the doctor and had prescribed me the adequate medication and made an appointment to see a doctor for the problem. She was very thorough and asked me all the necessary questions needed before speaking to the doctor. I cannot fault this practice, they are excellent! I know they are busy and it’s very difficult during the holidays but they are always helpful and polite. This practice looks after it’s patients and the receptionists are amazing too. The pharmacy next door is extremely busy but very efficient and polite. I am so grateful that I belong to this practice. Well done and thank you 🙏🏼.
