I feel so lucky to be registered at this practice. They ways contact you in the same day and offer an appointment where needed. Most recently I went online at about 9am to request an appointment, had a call from the GP by 10am and an 11.15am appointment. GP was very thorough and very helpful in answering questions and making arrangements for further tests. I am so grateful to have access to this excellent practice and I wish more people across the country had the same quality of care available to them. A massive thank you to all the reception staff, healthcare staff and GPs.

It had been a few years since I had visited my doctor, and thought that I should probably go and get myself checked up on just to be on the safe side. I also wanted to get some things addressed, as I have a family history with a lot of potential things being passed down, and wanted to make sure I was healthy. The doctor spoke to me about all my concerns, and helped put me at ease in terms of my physical health. A rash had suddenly appeared this morning on my right hand, which sparked my desire to speak to someone, and again, gave a good explanation and didn't think it was anything serious. Then, I brought up my anxiety issues, how that’s been affecting me, and I got good advice, some links on where to get help with that, and to follow up in a few weeks

I visited the surgery to see the doctor about 2 weeks ago she was very thorough and took the time to try to find out the health problem that I had. She made an appointment for me to have blood tests the nurse who again was very professional and a very nice person to speak to. Thank you

Great practice - always impressed that I can get to see (or talk) with a Gp on the day I contact them. In my experience the doctors and team provide an excellent service.

I have been registered with the Nightingale Practice for over ten years. I have had a lot of interaction with the service. I've always received an appointment quickly and been extremely satisfied with the care I've received. I would highly recommend the Nightingale Practice.
