    We had a great experience getting help for my little one. The receptionist was able to find us an appointment and when we saw the GP, he was incredibly thorough and provided an accurate diagnosis. Really friendly team at Lonsdale. Thank you so much.

    I had a flu jab. I turned up 10 mins early and they were ready for me. The doctor who did it was very friendly, and highly professional. It was a very good experience.

    Very efficient clinic delivered to the minute on my appointment timing. Simple to book online, check in on screen, quick meeting with the gp and done.

    My flu jab was Quick, efficient and friendly However ....I tried to get a ace to face appointment for my son and there were no appointments available... only telephone ones which were during school hours

    Great local clinic, it's always pretty busy but the staff are really helpful and we've stayed with this clinic despite moving a bit further away. I definitely recommend this place if you move nearby.

    My family have been with Lonsdale for 17 years. Although we have received some good care over the years, we have also had many experiences which have made us question whether we are getting the best care. I had to chase my own abnormal scan results after a mont of waiting. When I phoned St Mary's, they said they had sent the results the same day. The receptionist at Lonsdale was rude and unhelpful. I still have not been given access to my results nearly a month and a half later. My partner had the same happen on a number of occasions. We no longer feel we are getting adequate care here and have decided to leave. There are many other local surgeries with better care for their patients.

    The Flu clinic at Lonsdale is always very well run. One of the areas where they are really organised. Should you need an appointment for another concern however, you’ll be lucky if you can get an appointment within 3 weeks which is very disappointing and concerning.

    Although the doctors are ok, it is almost impossible to get an appointment - they are always taken. When you ring at 8.30 on the dot, you cannot get an appointment, just a promise that a doctor will ring you back. When the doctor rings back, and agrees that you do need to see someone, you still don’t get an appointment but a promise that reception will ring you back to arrange. It is ludicrously over-complicated and designed to restrict access. When you are then told (by the GP) that you need a follow-up appointment, he cannot arrange it - yes, you have to ring at 8.30 on the day and go through the entire charade again. It is not fit for purpose. The surgery has over-expanded and evidently cannot provide a safe service to its patients.

    Went in for an annual flu shot today. Was fantastic to be seen on a Saturday. Got in ahead of schedule. Have had really positive experiences since changing my surgery to Lonsdale.
