   there is apparently no way of sending an email to the surgery!?? in 2023 surely this would be a good way of communicating furthermore the e-consult facility only seems to work when the surgery is open and even is shut during a lunch hour. To even talk to a receptionist one has to sit in a queue on the phone for 40 minutes+. I find this is ridiculous in this day and age. A facility to send an email or to leave a message with a request to answer either at the surgery's time and convenience would be beneficial to all. Kind regards Charles Miller
