    the reception staff are wonderful and caring, they try their best to help the patients and there is always a smile on their face. It is not their fault when there is no appointments, they are just providing us with what is given to them. They dont make the rules and i dont like when certain patients have a go at them when truly they are just doing what they are asked.

    My face-to-face appointment was cancelled 45 min before the appointment despite being scheduled a month before. I've been on hold for 30 min now and every time I finally get 'connected through' it just rings and rings and no one picks up. This surgery will not allow face-to-face appointments through the NHS app and I literally have no other choice but to call and stay on hold and never get through to a receptionist. I am desperately trying to change surgeries but there are none taking new patients in my area. The only time I spoke with a receptionist is when they called me to schedule a new patient appointment and yelled at me because I didn't pick up the phone the first time they called, when I was at work. I'm still shocked by how terrible this team is and I have called at least 10 times at different times of day, still yet to get through. I won't highly recommend staying far away from this surgery.

  3. Review titled Sore & sensitive throat

    Phone appointment, I was asking about why my throat feels sore and especially when I have cold things. Had an appointment time but dr called 20 minutes later and suggested 2 medicines they’d send me through text.Phone call felt very rushed I wanted to bring up another thing but they were saying goodbye already, I got the impression they had another appointment right after.
