It was a sad news to me and my entire household to hear that Duru practice has been shot down, very sad, at this point is like going back and forth. This practice is a place where we feel comfortable before registering with this practice I can remember going to few GP's and what I keep hearing is am not in there catchment area, but when I got to Dr Duru practice I was told that if am not in there catchment area the thing is that when I need a home visit Dr cannot come to my house which is very simple and understandable. Well with a heavy heart am writing this review this moment, it is really a sad news I hope he feels good and all his staffs.

i have never ever known a gp surgery to open at 8 am and then says “we cannot take you call” absolutely shocking..

My mother has been ill since last 3 weeks. I start ringing everyday from 8am and the operator never let's me connect around that time. Then after 9:30 it let's you connect to the receptionist when all the appointments are gone. Then they tell you "try again tomorrow". They are oppressing patients like this and nobody is doing anything. I have no words to express...
