  1. Review titled No Continuity of Care

Since coming out of hospital shocked at the lack of care, mistakes and the fact there is no continuity of care. Seems Doctors work part-time or locums. Last two seen were locums. After mistakes I contacted Practice Manager on Wednesday to try to resolve. Said would need to talk to my named Dr who was in on Friday, today (who I have never managed to see). Waited in all day with phone next to me. No Call!!! Disgraceful, if this was private practice heads would roll. Problem is - who do we complain to when there is no one listening!

  2. Review titled Appalling

I have been registered with this gp surgery since birth, previously I was always happy with the service received being able to get appointments promptly and felt looked after when attending. However, since the covid-19 pandemic and subsequent lockdowns and restrictions the service has been getting steadily worse. I have been trying for approximately 5 months now to get an appointment to see someone about my rapidly deteriorating mental health with no luck. Whenever I have managed to speak to someone, which is rarely, I have been advised to try calling different numbers for various charities or to look online. When suffering from poor mental health taking these additional steps can be very challenging. I can not afford to go private and so have no choice but to hope things improve soon, however, I am not going to hold my breath.
