Receptionists (i.e. not clinical) decide whether you are able to have an appointment or not, after asking you what your issues are. If they feel that it is unimportant, they will ask you to call back after 1pm the following day. You phone up again and they ask you what the issue is, then they tell you to call back after 1pm next day. Rinse and repeat. Sadly, my health has got quite complicated because of this. Also, they have a habit of losing paperwork. Doctors are great, they all seem to be locum. Gone are the days where you would see your assigned doctor.

I’ve attended the practice on a number of occasions for myself and children and been very happy. The reception and clinical staff have been very helpful. In particular my child was unwell and I was able to be seen as an emergency.

I have been registered at this practice for over 6 years now and I have seen a number of different doctors and nurses throughout and all have demonstrated a very high level of knowledge and care towards myself and my wife. From the reception staff to the doctors and nurses, everyone has always been very friendly and attentive. The reception staff has always worked with the highest professionalism and care. It is always very easy to get an appointment and ask for a repeat of my prescriptions. This practice is very good. The staff always call when myself and my wife are due for flu jab and other reviews. Extremely pleased with the care we are getting here.

very friendly staff and doctors. The receptionists are very helpful and polite. The doctors are very professional and competent. Would definitely recommend the practice.

I have to move area often because of my partner’s job so have changed GP practices a few times in the past 4 years. The last 2 places I was registered at I needed to call at exactly 8am to get help from the doctor, but at this practice the booking system is much better. Bookings can be made any time and I got an appointment to go to the practice to see a doctor straight away without going through a telephone process first. The doctors I have seen are very good with the right knowledge and deal with issues thoroughly. Excellent fast and to the point system.

I am really pleased with this practise. Because of my health situation I have needed several appointments recently, and it has been a very pleasant experience each time I have visited. I only needed to wait at most a day and a half to get an appointment with the doctor, and all 3 of the GP's I have seen have been amazing. The GP's talk through my problems and discuss how I am coping and I feel like they are giving me the best care possible. I want to thank the GP's and everyone else who has spoken to me there for doing an amazing job.

İ need to call around 4-5 times to book an appointment and once the phone starts ringing it rings for almost 20-25 minuts, i dont have any problem with the nurse or the doctors, but the people whos at the reception and the ones that answer the phone is no good at all, 0%.. need to be changed with the ones who like there jobs
