   The only way to make an appointment is to call at 8am or 3pm for an appointment on the day. Unfortunately every time you try to call at those times the phone ia always engaged.... basically it is nearly impossible to book an appointment. My husband has been trying for almost 2 years and we haven't managed to be seen. They advised to call 111.
