registered in March and got rejected but I am in their catchment area. Called and registered again. Sent email to follow up 1month later. Got a response all good and they confirm that I am now registered. 3 Months later I call to book an appointment (after waiting for one hour on the line) to be told I am not even registered. Do not bother with them, poor poor poor.

The staff have gone right down hill. I called to see what was going on with my appointment- I tried to tell the person I spoke to about the appointment I received she did not want to hear me & she spoke to me like I was mad asking if I am ok … lol also doctor has not liaised with my options I had to do all the work to get all the documentation sent to her - it seems like I’m going to have two appointments for one medical issue - as no one is bothered … it’s ok I will just take whatever appointment I get - There are and have being some nice doctors but the receptionists are very rude

Yes the manager has contacted me and dealt with my query straight away - I do now fully understand what is happening with my appointment as it has being explained in detail very well :) I’m still waiting for my appointment but it’s down to the hospital not the doctors practice.

Took weeks to get an appointment, finally did and got sent to hospital for X-rays as my right leg kept giving way! Waited 4 weeks after e rays for doc to contact me , which he said they would do. Phoned them up and was told results had come back and there was nothing wrong with me!! Asked to see the doc about it as it getting worse and happening frequently, I was told to phone up to make an appointment and that my doc wasn’t available for the next 2 weeks! What is happening….slow service, wrong information, docs not available, receptionists that give off vibes that they couldn’t care less !

The chance to get an appointment booked face to face is equal to the chance to win the Jackpot on National Lottery. Even a telephone appointment is a good fortune to get booked. They tell you to book it on Dr Iq app and if you are lucky to make it, then text message reply from the doctor on the same Dr Iq app instead of an appointment. Otherwise, call at 8 Am just to be put in the telephone waiting queue but by the time you get to talk to the receptionist (if your call is not dropped during waiting) you are told that no more appointments are left. Tried for two weeks to book an appointment to see the GP for several accumulated issues, one was a post-surgical operation review of the healing of my wrist to discuss medications, and two weeks of debilitating calling every morning, but no luck. However, the Practice is running box-ticking exercises proactively. They call you unexpectedly on the phone to review your status and medications if are all good. If you answer that medication is not good or other health problems then someone on the phone is saying, oh I can't do anything over the phone, you need to book an appointment, which is hardly possible to get as I said earlier. Basically a lot of sending from post to pillar, but they need to tick the boxes to show their performance on the Nhs reports to justify funds assigned and keep the business running. This would be Ok, if not a key problem, the Gp is not here when you need it. Just dysfunctional practice.
