I have been registered here for years and it I had had multiple appointments that the clinician decided were not important, they did not contact me, or just sent me a text. It was recorded on one occasion in my notes that I did not attend a phone consultation. Today the left a message for me to call them, I wait on hold for 33 minutes to be told it was to book me an appointment with a member of the team who has no free appointments. They have deleted my medication requests so that it not issued before a bank holiday.
