I did econsult regarding my visit to A&E and I needed extra medication as directed by the hospital. The doctor, disregarded it as I had to re visit the A&E for something different as well as the fact that I didn’t get more medication from the GP. They disregarded my econsult saying I have to do another one when I just did one. I called the GP several time to explain that I need this medication, it led to me staying 17 hours in A&E when I needed was just a prescription from my GP. I called several times to explain this, receptionists are rude and don’t let you speak to the doctors, doctor just ignored me in the end. I even sent an email, no response. They don’t care at all. I still don’t understand why this practice is still running.

  4. Review titled Horrible and useless practice.

We tried to get appointment for our daughter the last 3 days in row and never got any appointment. We called several times, emailed, tried to book over the phone, done econsult. Useless no words can describe my disappointment and not being able to get a help when my child is sick and we need urgent attention. Think this kind of practice should be closed down, wasting government money and our tax money!

  6. Review titled Denied seeing a doctor

After completing different eConsult. The GP denies seeing the patient. The e consult are insufficient to explain the medical problem. The reception staff does not allow to speak to any doctor unless you Sen an e consult. How many eConsult are needed for a doctor to see a child.

No chance to see a Dr', e-Console is very limited to explain the problem ending up not looked after by the correct person. Change of appointment process during working time (forgetting, patients have to work too to support the NHS). e-Console between 8 - 3pm only??

  8. Review titled Utterly shocked

I filled out two econsult to express my concern regarding the red bumps that appeared at the back of my throat. It started as one bump, then become three. I filled out another e consult to say my throat got worse. I was referred to see a pharmacist who had a telephone call with me and advised salt water rinses over the phone without an examination. I called the GP back to explained what happened and asked if someone can have a look at my throat as I am extremely concerned only to be told to follow the pharmacist advice. I am utterly shocked that they refused to examine my throat. I have now decided to go to the walking centre and hoping that someone would look at my throat.

  9. Review titled Shambles of a GP practice

I have been with this practice for over 2 years. Despite having covid, asthma and being pregnant it is impossible to see a GP and get any level of care from this practice. This is an admin centre in my opinion, not a GP surgery. Search elsewhere for a reliable and responsive GP.
