I honestly can't fault the surgery. I'm aware of the huge pressures of staffing and accept that there will be a wait on the phone to get through. Yes, I had to wait quite some time to get through but anytime I have phoned I've always been seen or spoken to the same day and felt listened to. I think you're all doing great

In the morning I thought that I may have a UTI and was concerned because I was going on holiday the following day. After deliberating for a few hours I contacted the surgery and they arranged an appointment the same day. Test results showed that indeed I had a urinary infection and I was prescribed antibiotics. What excellent service and I can now go on holiday with the infection under control.
