  1. Review titled Shocking

Rated 1 star out of 5

Worsening of asthma symptoms due to having a cold, hay fever and weather requiring increased use of inhalers. Tried calling gp practice cut off as lines full!!!! Continued to feel breathless called 111 told to go to gp explained can’t get in contact as constantly being cut off and they would arrange contact for me to be reviewed. Shocking service from shp never had this when it was just Shirley Medical Centre. Asthma can be life threatening if not managed correctly with early intervention yet can’t get in contact. No wonder people are going to ed as they can’t get anywhere near a gp Not fit for purpose and don’t use The pandemic as an excuse because I worked on the front line in a hospital during the pandemic!

  2. Review titled Almost 2 hours calling for appointment

Rated 1 star out of 5

by Dr. Mohammed Salim - Posted on 06 June 2022

This morning, I called at 8:02AM to Grove road Solihull surgery. The voice message said 'system is full, call again'. I continued calling again and again until around 8:35 when it finally accepted the call. I was put in a que with a number 47. At 9:46 the phone was answered. I got an appointment in 10 days time. I was told to ring at 8AM. I replied this is the 8AM call. This is diabolical. 1 hour and 45 minutes to speak with someone in surgery.
