Given a short notice appointment for an urgent hospital referral. Attention to detail, kind and personable from the telephonist, receptionist and GP. An excellent and smooth experience and made to feel very welcome. Thank-you

all extra good you are made to feel special . but not being able to contact the surgery by email when the surgery clossed deminishes its purpose of saving staff time during opening hours

Had to wait 2weeks with chest pains for an appointment followings xrays 10days later Results recommended speak to doctor told have to wait further two weeks for telephone consultation.Disgusting

No problem with surgery apart from necessary delays for routine appointments. Problem is, the website is totally (7 months) out of date, I would expect flu/covid booster vaccination information to be available by now.
