    You can't get any level of access. You call at 8am and your booted off the call waiting board as its full of equally desperate people, you finally get on to be queue number 50 and select call me back. They then call 6 and a half hours later and tell me theirs no appointments and you can only book for that day!! Your stopping people getting access to health care! The worst is the surgery really don't care, I've emailed them before. If you allowed bookings in advance, even 2 weeks down the line at least I wouldn't have to keep desperately calling every morning!! This is the surgery adjacent ASDA Sinfin*

    They do not answer the phone calls and if someone cannot visit them , there’s no way you can get hold of some medical help. It’s very difficult to go if you’re feeling unwell.
