    I came today for help with new bandage on my hand and finger. Thank you to the nurse. I am not good at keeping still so she did well. Thank you.

    I had an appointment for the Doctor to call me on the phone to discuss results of blood test. I did not receive the call and there is no record on my phone that a call was attempted. The surgery has not made any attempt to rearrange the call so I’ve had to book an appointment in several weeks to get this moving again. Disappointing.

    Receptionist booked a call back for the 25th June 2022. I percifically mentioned that my mobile phone does not allow calls to be answered from blocked numbers. Receptionist assured me this would be highlighted in the notes for today's cb. Dr called with withheld no. Just sums up this practice.

  4. Review titled No one answers the phones

    I don’t like to complain but the service given by Shifnal Medical practice is disgraceful. 3 times trying to get through to reception, was 5th in the queue, dropped to 4th 10 mins into the call, still 4th and been on for 52 minutes. For anyone with ongoing health problems must get so frustrated with this. This needs to be addressed ! In a town where they are throwing up houses, they can’t cope with the patients now let alone taking on new people !! As I’m typing this I am still 4th in the queue and been on for over an hour
