   Was supposed to have a telephone appointment on Monday. It was re-arranged but no-one contacted me. I found out myself after the appointment had passed and I looked on the NHS app. Today the clinician called me ten minutes before my appointment time when I wasn't available. Didn't call me back, just marked the appointment as finished. Disgusting, wretched service and putting my health at risk.
