I have been struggling really bad with mental health and after a month of waiting for my appointment I finally get there and wait 30 minutes. When I express how important I need meditation I get told to wait for a phone call that never came. I am utterly disgusted and quite frankly appalled by their lack of urgency, it has now left me feeling like no one can help and even worse than what I was experiencing before asking for help. I would highly recommend switching as no one had cared over the last month to help me. So if you’re struggling bad you’re better off calling 111 than these guys

This morning I turned up at 8am to run in and make a appointment I was turned away due to them taking phone call appointments. Iv never known them to take walk in appointments at 9am but the doctor opens at 8am. There is no information online or at the Surgery stating this. They have always been a good Doctors but recently have gone downhill.

This is also to avoid long queues in front of the surgery. For people with no access to telephone, we have online appointments example via e-consult. Also, patients can book next available appointments directly from the reception. If you think this appointment system can be made better then please contact the reception and we can arrange an appointment for you with the management, so as to listen to your suggestions and implement any better ways of appointment booking. I'm patient of this surgery for a very long time I have found now staff very helpful and tries to manage to give appointments with drs if they can I would highly recommend this surgery for best drs nurse and staff yes there is times when its difficult to get appointments and hang on to phone for appointments for very long times. I find personally when I see drs I come out Happy because they listen to you and pay attention what you saying.im only saying with my personal experience.
