I recently had to accompany my sister to register as a temporary patient as she was taken ill while visiting me. The reception staff were very helpful in guiding us through the procedure and arranging an appointment to see a GP.

The reception staff were friendly and helpful. I came to see my gp who was thorough with her examination and informative with her advice. I was given the necessary time to explain symptoms.

I have been at this practice for over 40 years and cannot fault the care I have received during this time. I have always been able to get routine appointments and if my need to speak to someone has been urgent, I have always been able to do so. The receptionists have now been trained to signpost patients which I am in favour of and feel that this system works as it can reduce the need for doctors appointments. I have found all staff to be respectful and caring and I never felt rushed when either attending an appointment or speaking to any healthcare professional. I cannot speak more highly of my surgery and it's staff - they are an asset to the NHS and deserve to be recognised for the service they provide.
