   The nurse at Roxboune is always punctual for my appointments, she has been very flexible with changing appointments due to unforseen circumstances. She is a delight to be seen by and is an excellent asset to the practice.

   Requested doctor to call me, doctor called but I couldn't takee call. Doctor rang again. Very helpful, gave me all the info I needed. I put in a request. Request actioned within the hour. Lovely text message to say all complete. Sadly, no opportunity to reply with thanks. Wonderful, efficient service
