   I've been with Richmond Medical Centre for nearly 7 years now. I understand with COVID things have been tough for patients and the team at this place with backlogs etc but they've still been fantastic throughout. I can't fault them with anything. I have a lot of conditions, some minor, some serious, and they've always helped even during COVID and the lockdowns. I've called up today and the receptionist was so friendly and helpful. She was brilliant. I know what I needed and I've got the help I need through her alone which is potentially lifesaving without even needing to speak to a GP and it's already and on my NHS app records as confirmed. I think any negative comments about this surgery are harsh, and I'm glad I'm not the type of person who doesn't get a same-day appointment because I demand it for a sniffle but so poorly I have the time Google this site to leave a bad review
