It's impossible to make an appointment... ASKmy GP is always down... cannot get through on phone and when you do it's too late to book an appointment.. It feels like an us and them situation... It's little wonder A&E is struggling when GP surgery's are as bad as Ramsbotton Surgery... It needs a big overhaul and a good look at this exasperated situation they create they are failing the community when GPS are needed the most. You can't blame Covid-19 forever....

All I wanted was to book an appointment for my daughter to see her GP sometime within the next week. Why is it that I can't do that? I always thought that the 'phone in the morning' system was purely for emergencies? This is terrible service.

Impossible to get an appointment. Receptionist lacked empathy and would not listen to me. As my GP never works. Useless practice
