This practice is falling down on its job of providing primary care to its patients. You have more chance of winning the lottery than getting an appointment to see a Doctor. Some bizarre appointment system releases appts at 8.30 and by 8.31 they are all gone. When you phone the surgery, you will be kept on hold for anything upto 45 minutes, all the time with a voice telling you that you call is important and to wait until the meet available agent is available ... what joke! There is only one person on the console. These people are being paid to let their patients down. Absolutely clueless

The reception team are always friendly and helpful. Greeted with a smile. Facing tough conditions, not always able to offer an appointment when I want, but always give alternative option.

I had an appointment which I asked for the receptionist to change to my mums name as she had a lot of pain in her arm. The receptionist was rude and abrupt saying I cant change it. I explained she was halfway there and if she could just ask the Dr if it was ok for him to see my mother instead. Her response was 'well if shes fine to walk then what's wrong with her'. The receptionists are rude and almost bark at you. It's not just me, this is noticable when you are sat waiting to be seen, they are the same with most people, it's like they enjoy having the authority.
