When I get I’ll I get help same day Great Doctor who leads this surgery ,caring ,kind,professional,same Reception staff too always there to help . I’m pleased with my Surgery.

Since Covid arrived in our lives, I started to experience an onslaught of UTI’s. It went on and on and became debilitating. I saw many ‘experts’ in this field privately and underwent innumerable investigations. Throughout the whole two plus years which have been quite distressing Primrose Hill Practice have been wonderful - my strong constant support. They have never failed to respond to my calls for help snd absolutely everyone from the friendly Reception team to the Doctors have been first class. A truly dedicated team led by the Senior Doctor Thank you to you all. I am Very grateful for your prompt support and care.

I have been a patient of Primrose Hill Surgery since 1983. I have always received excellent care from a multi disciplinary team. Unfortunately in recent years I have had several medical issues but I feel secure in the excellent treatment I have received. I feel fortunate to be a patient of Primrose Hill Surgery and confifident of the care given from all members of the practice. Thank you.

The Pharmacist was very helpful, kindness, show empathy. Asked many questions, why, when,….. and did something about it. Very helpful.

Efficient, clean and excellent access. They endeavour to provide a high service with multiple clinicians and specialised healthcare staff. Well run and organised.

I was generally unhappy with every step from registering to booking an appointment, to the joke of an "appointment" I got. Less than 4 minutes on the phone. Still don't have my prescription because they made a mess of it.

My session with the doctor at Primrose Hill Surgery was on time, and thorough - we resolved a treatment regime for my asthma.

Nurse solves almost all of the problems that are caused by doctors interfering in the online prescription servicing. They generally arbitrarily change the orders, she puts things back to right.

Always quick and easy to get GP appointments at this practice. The doctors are readily available and call you back on the same day when you request a consultation on the website. I’ve been a patient there over the years and the doctors have been highly professional and attentive. Probably one of the best GP practices in London!

I just went into the office and received the worst GP I’ve had in my life. Doctor didn’t explain anything and no bedside manner and just gave me a prescription for me to figure out on my own. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
