I have been with this practice for 10 years and also signed up my young daughter when she was born 7 years ago. I always felt the doctors and nurse gave great attention and care to my concerns for my heath as well as my daughter. They are professional and caring, well organized and quick in getting back to me or order extra exams or ordering medication. Highly recommended, the reception team are also efficient despite the high workload.

I have been a patient at this practice for many years , i have been trying to get an appointment this morning since 8am and phone was constantly engaged , eventually got through after 1.5 hours and receptionist was very unhelpful. No appointments and no call backs try calling again tomorrow. This is terrible service the receptionist did not want to know anything just no.

I had been with this medical centre for about 2 years. Every single time I tried to ring to make an appointment it would ring for an extremely long time, even if I was 'next in the queue'. One time when the staff picked up after the long wait, she was very rude and dismissive of the questions I had. Not the nicest experience unfortunately.

I am extremely happy with the GP. They are very professional. Every time I call my concerns are taken seriously, and when needed, referrals have been super quick. They ensure I am properly informed about everything, and I can attest to their commitment to solve my health issues. I am very happy to have found a GP and professionals that I feel I can trust and connect with.
