    Had a fantastic experience. My daughter was ill and upon ringing up at midday was put through to urgent doctor who rang back within an hour. After speaking to doctor was told to bring daughter in. Care was excellent, even whilst being short staffed due to covid my daughter was well looked after. They made it seem like it was no trouble although they were really busy. A very caring practice, every time I have needed an appointment for my daughters they have seen them straight away. Excellent staff from receptionists to doctors

    Turned up for an appointment booked two weeks previously. After one hour and ten minutes waiting in reception, I gave up and went to a dental appointment. No announcement about delays, no apologies, no offer of a new appointment. If told on arrival that there is a 1hour plus delay, it might have been possible to make other arrangements. Four receptionist folk behind glass screens - why no communication with waiting patients?

    Dear Vornio I am very sorry to hear this, and surprised that there was such a long wait as this would be very unusual. To investigate this further I would be interested to know whether you checked in using the self check-in screen or at the reception desk, and also if you asked our reception team about the delay?
