    i call them early morning about my problem and they said doctors will call me between 9 am to 1 pm . i didn’t receive any call and I called back to them at 2 pm and they said there’s no booking on my name. then said they need to check recording of my call they took one day for that and said we don’t have recording.

    Dear Mr Bhandari I am sorry to hear of your experience. My colleague had checked the call recorder yesterday, there was no trace of any call.     For the attention of the relevant person at Plumstead Health Centre who handled my eConsult -Consult your GP online consultation on Friday 28th October 2022. To make along story short: I find the eConsult reply particulary odd that my eConsult will be reviewed by the GP on Friday 4th November 2022 because the evidence suggests that my my urine infection has life-threatening complications, such as septis. My husband telephoned 111 because he was concerned for my health and I was in a considerable amount of pain and after my 111 online health check they made a online appointment for me on the same day Friday 28th October 2022 at 6:15pm for a doctor to speak with me in relation to these matters and then the doctor contacted my Pharmacy who delivered my precription of antibiotics to my home address on Saturday 29th October 2022. Its for this reason that my eConsult will be reviewed by the GP on Friday 4th November 2022 is unacceptable.

    I had so many negative experiences with this practice in the past six months that I do not even know where to start. Plainly speaking, everyone I was dealing with at this practice was extremely dismissive and I did not get proper support with any of my health complaints. Only wasted tons of time on waiting for useless and unhelpful appointments (had to wait several weeks for each of them).

    My husband and I have been trying for a year to be seen face to face by a doctor for very concerning health issues without success. When we finally got through to the Practice via telephone, they gave my husband another phone appointment and for me, they informed me that I have been de-registered! Through no fault of mine, they have de-registered me but they are putting the burden of making it right on me, by asking me to go online and complete another registration form, even though I told them I was in excruciating pain and really need to be seen by a doctor. This surgery has been so difficult to navigate since the day we registered. Through my daughter's cancer diagnosis and treatment, they remained completely unhelpful and disengaged until our oncologist suggested moving to a different surgery. There is no compassion or patient care shown at all. Each time we speak with them, we always hit a brick wall and it's almost like speaking with automated services - impervious and unwilling to be flexible and consider individual circumstance. I am worried that my husband might have something serious that needs to be looked into, but they still won't see him. My pain has progressively got worse and radiating to other parts of my body, but they have gone a step further and deregistered me and no one can explain why. As hardworking taxpayers, we really need to get the right help to keep us in work and providing for our families, as well as paying the tax to support those who need it.

    This is an unacceptable service when a query cannot be clarified. As you phone durinv surgery hours it states call ended. You have to go to the surgery for any query. This must have a terrible impact for sick persons. Messages to confirm appointments are not being sent out. On website: Due to staff shortages.How long!!!

    I am sorry to hear this. We were closed on Thursday 22nd September for compulsory staff training. I will ensure that our notices are correct at the time on our website.     I have applied for maternity exception certificate up to three times and I haven't received it. I contacted the nhs and they confirmed that they are unable to find any of my three application forms for a Maternity Exemption Certificate. I contacted the Plumstead health Centre, they told me that you haven't send it through us, I showed them the taken picture copy of the application form, they apologized and asked me to fill the form again. I filled the form 3 times during 3 months. I contacted the plumstead health centre again, and they told me that the problem could be with the royal mail. My daughter is becoming a year old next month. I have applied for hc2 certificate instead of Maternity Exemption Certificate. I think the services need improvement.

    Absolutely rubbish responses. You can't xall the surgery without jumping through a dozen hoops. I tried using the self assessment NHS triage service and it advised me to speak to my GP urgently. It even gave me the phone number to call. Except that number is out of service. It's the same number on the practice website and the one in my phone's contacts. So I tried the messenger service. We'll get back to you in two days. What use is that?

    Terrible patient care from reception but good doctors, if you can manage to get an appointment. I was on hold (approx 5pm) for 25 mins and decided to drive to the surgery, while still holding. I walk in and there's an empty waiting room with two receptionists working on computers, with the phone beeping with incoming calls which are quite obviously being ignored. I asked if there was something wrong as I've been holding for 25 mins only to be abruptly told 'we're really busy, we're short-staffed'. When I explain I'm still holding and nobody is answering the phone I'm told I'm wrong and that I haven't been calling for that long! I left after being told I can only get an appointment if I call for an emergency appointment in the morning (it's not an emergency) or use e-consult. Whenever I try e-consult it tells me to go to a&e, its a complete waste of time and another thing for reception to fob you off with. The old receptionists were always friendly and helpful, shame the more recent ones aren't, they seriously need some training in politeness.

    My husband turned up to see GP on Friday as an emergency. His blood pressure was 204/104 and was told surgery was closing and an online consultation made for Monday. As there are no Gp on the weekend nor an emergency Gp. Hospital can’t review his medication and he’s sent home with an aspirin!! This can’t be right??
