I have recently had my third child. I was registered elsewhere before. I can not fault the care and attention I have received here. A nurse rang to congratulate Me and book my appointments. Saw different nurse for immunisations. She was kind and funny and gave me so much advice on feeding and sleep Even tho my Third child this one was so different. Nurse also organised my smear and organised contraception as I definitely don’t want any more.I feel cared for and supported by medical team and speaking to my NCT friends I know how special Parkshot is. Even if I move away I want to stay registered here. I feel safe and compared to my friends I know how lucky I am. Thank you

I don't bother leaving reviews normally but after a night out with friends who are having such a difficult time at their GP I thought I needed to add a comment. I have been a patient at this surgery, previously Pagoda for many years. This nurse has vaccinated all my children and has always done my smears. She is so kind and caring. I saw her recently for my smear and before I knew it I was in tears. Not because it hurt but because she had teased out of me how I was feeling. I had a review with her last week and am feeling like me again due to her knowledge on HRT and starting on some treatment. Three of my girl friends live locally but have had dreadful experiences in getting anyone to listen to them about Menopause. You should clone your nurse and send her out to other practices as she would transform their care. This practice has been amazing through Covid and my family have always felt the kindness of all the doctors and nurses. Thank you for all your hard work, it really is appreciated. The message system is also very good and means I have been able to get advice with the nurse directly and not have to hang on the telephone.
