I booked an appointment to speak to a nurse today and i can,t believe not 1 single nurse is available to speak to me for three and half weeks.

We have been with Park Leys since 2008, we think that the service has gone down a lot ! We called because our daughter had a medical problem, without looking at our daughter the doctor wrote a prescription for medicines. after some days taking the meds as prescribed our daughter still had the same symptoms. Today we called again, i talked to a very rude lady doctor who was anything but friendly. She did not listen to me and every time i was talking she talked over me. could not even properly book an appointment soon, so we settled to book an appointment somewhere else since our daughter is suffering. It used to be such a good practise, but last few years it has gone quite bad. seriously thinking moving somewhere else.

Rang the surgery at 8.30 this morning and found the receptionist staff very helpful who arranged a dressing change immediately if we could be there in 10 minutes which we were. The dressing was changed and the doctor went into the nurse while he was there to discuss another problem and this was resolved with a prescription. So well done to everyone concerned and we can't thank you enough for the way his recent problems have been dealt with by all the staff concerned. If the receptionist had not been so helpful on the original call nothing would have been dealt with as efficiently as it was

Amazing practice that have things organised. You call and book a telephone appointment, doctor calls you back, 99/100 you get an appointment the same day. I’ve even called at 4pm and still got both appointments in one day. As they do not allow patients to book their own appointments, you don’t have weeks of waiting times. Every doctor I’ve seen have been professional, understanding and friendly. They have a clinical pharmacist to deal with medicine issues and a Nurse practitioner to deal with those minor issues. On site chemist as well. Can’t fault this great group.

My husband has just moved to this practice and it was the best thing he could have done. Blood results went to his old doctors but due to the help and dedication of the receptionist on duty the blood results were located and immediately dealt with by the doctor on call. He then arranged for further contact and my husband was then admitted to UHCW for emergency surgery. We are so grateful to them for their dedication and cannot thank them enough
