Tge whole practice from the Doctors to clinicians to medical and non medical staff are brilliant kind supportive and professional They have cared for me and my family since 1975

Reception staff are always welcoming whenever I come to the practice. Reception area is spotless! Having my vaccinations with the nurse is always a great experience! Always puts you at ease and is friendly yet so professional. Thank you to all the team.

I’m needle phobic but the phlebotomist put me at my ease, took blood and gave me a flu jab quickly and efficiently. I’d recommend him to anyone who is nervous of injections

I always feel my healthcare needs are being looked after and that I’m being listened too. All the staff are great from Drs to Reception and it’s a lovely bright clean & calm environment.

Nothing is too much trouble for doctors and staff at Palace Road surgery. I always get reassuring advice, onward referrals are reliably made where necessary, and even minor ailments get a sympathetic response. I feel lucky to have been a patient for such a long time.

A grate team of doctor the receptions do lessening to patient cunsorn, I always been look after very well by any doctor every GP have a pleasant smile the practice is cleaned and tidy.
