    I’ve always received wonderful care from this GP practice and all it’s doctors, nurses and receptionist staff. But unfortunately there is one very rude individual on the reception that I encountered a couple days ago, she was very argumentative and shouting, as well as demanding about my other medical appointments at derriford which had nothing to do with my enquiries or needs in which I called up about. Very disrespectful and belittling! I can see why so many people have complained about this individual, as she really does bring the whole team down! Was a horrible experience, and a real shame as the other receptionists and staff have all been wonderful over the years!

    I have only been a patient at this surgery for two years and only recently needed to use the services. I have needed to contact them on two different occasions and although having to go through telephone consultation, I also decided to do an online consultation I am not quite an old age pension, and don’t really like change I have to say that the service I have received from this surgery has been excellent.including a very early appointment to have my blood taken I certainly feel that I am being cared for.

    Was told at dispensary that they cannot send scripts electronically, even though using emis system? I work with nursing team at another gp practice and am very disappointed. Was told i had to get my meds from there only and wasn't given a choice to go to another chemist! I know this brings in more income to struggling practices but this is not right, pts should be given the choice. The dispensary clearly is struggling with pt volume as every visit they are queued out of the door to collect meds. Please can this be reviewed from what i have seen very unhappy pts in the que

    After a operation, was experiencing extreme pain & medical problems, had a telephone consultation with a doctor from Oaktree Liskeard, who set out a plan to investigate further the following morning if advice & treatment advised on the phone call wasn’t working. Had a call back within a hour of requesting to speak to a doctor only wish I was mentally more at the start of the conversation to have remembered the name of the doctor, his advice worked, he was caring & concerned. Know people are quick to advertise negativity on their experience currently, but not so much positivity. My personal experience was exceptional & I’m so grateful. Also the pharmacist who was phoned the day before helped & was very informative. Regrettably his help & prescription didn’t ease my problem. Hence my request to speak to a doctor. Just want to say a huge “Thank You” to Oaktree, all staff including the receptionist, (who was lovely to talk to) deserve praise & admiration.
