Health check included bloods. Follow up was arranged to discuss the results. Health education was shared at follow up. Overall very reassured with the service.

Following a 7.30am online request I was seen by a doctor that day. I waited 45 moments after my appointment time to be called in by doctor. My issue was dealt with effectively and medication request sent to my local pharmacy during appointment I was impressed with the doctor familiarising himself with my past medical history during the appointment. Apart from the wait a good experience.

Staff was polite at reception and doctors were welcoming clean and tidy practice appointments were quick as well

I was able to see a Dr quickly and had no problem making the appointment. The Dr was very thorough and got to the bottom of the issue and referred me for x rays and a physio appointment. She sent texts to inform me of the next steps. I saw a physio at the practice within 2 weeks. My husband and I have had very good treatment by the practice since Covid and we are seen regularly as we are elderly and any issues are followed up either by referral to hospital if required or by follow up phone calls. In general we have been very pleased with care from the practice and have not experienced the difficulties that have been reported around the country in getting GP attention

Everything about my visit was first class. The practice nurse was very reassuring and referred me for a face to face appointment with a GP. This was done so quickly (same day) I was seen within minutes of arrival. Doctor gave me as much time as I needed. His examination was thorough. He ordered further tests, two of which were carried out the following day. It was a most satisfactory visit. On a scale of 1 to 10 I rate the visit 10 .

Had an appointment with the GP physio. A nice session and got all my questions answered. Recommended for a scan at the wythenshaw hospital without stress. Attended that and results were ready. Got an appointment to explain result analysis of my shoulder scan. Everything was positive and I was spoken to and adviced at length what drastic measures I should keep up with to reduce the slight pain I was feeling at the joint of my right arm shoulder after a bench press exercise routine injury. The GP was very kind and so friendly. Our ckids conversation proceeded to chatting a bit about football 😀. As I’m a ManUtd fan and my physio GP was a mancity fan 😊. Exchanged pleasantries in the end and I was advised to reach back again in few weeks if I was still experiencing any sort of pain which was already subsidising anyways. Felt so comfortable and happy with relief even as I shook hands and stepped out. Great practice at its finest. Environment always tidy, clean and very quiet. God bless all NHS staff worldwide. And God bless all staffs at the Northenden group practice. 😊

I find seeing a actual doctor quite difficult as compared to pre Covid. I'm always given nurse appointments.When I actually get a appointment with a doctor I am pleased with the service.
