    Generally when you do get to talk to the staff they are helpful, just make sure that you don't need help between 12 and 2pm. Since the move to online forms it seems as if the practice wants to avoid appointments being made, which is especially annoying when the online forms that are supposed to be used are closed so you cannot even try and make an appointment.

    Thank you for your feedback . We are sorry to hear about your experience with the website .We do understand the frustration caused to patients when you are unable to get through to the Surgery. This system is being used by all practices within the Surrey locality implemented by our CCG . Unfortunately we only have a finite number of appointments each day to offer, so the website is closed when we are unable to offer any further appointments. If you feel that the matter is urgent and cannot wait until the next day, then please phone the surgery or have tried the website on several occasions when it is closed, then again please call the Practice as our phone lines remain open from 8.30-6.30pm.

    Impossible to make an appointment or speak to someone over the phone, you wait in a queue and after 5-7 minutes, it cuts off. There is an online form to contact them, but when you try to organise any form of communication with the practice, you're faced with a message stating that they have closed their online form. How are you supposed to get access to your own medical records when you need to? My current issue could be resolved, if receptionists bothered to pick up the phone, in a matter of seconds. The place might as well not exist, cause they certainly leave you feeling as if you don't.

    Thank you for your feedback and we are sorry to hear about your experience with the Practice. We are in the process of upgrading our phone system which is due to take place mid September & will address the issues with the phone cutting out. We appreciate the frustration when using the website when it is closed. The website does close daily from 12-2pm for staff to catch up with scripts etc. We have recently increased our staff to cope with the volume of phone calls but staff are also dealing with patients coming to the Front desk & website queries so we apologise for the having to wait in the queue for 5-7 minutes. This will be passed as feedback to all staff & discussed in our next meeting
