Several experiences myself, my elderly parents and children have been 100% positive. The doctors listen attentively and endeavour to call back several times if the patient misses the call back, contrary to in hours GP call back( often only allow a couple of rings before cutting the call and never ring back). Prescriptions are sent immediately to any pharmacy the patient chooses. Please expand this service and keep it going. Very friendly staff. At this critical time when the NHS is worse then health care in many third world countries, this is a vital service.

I got a flu symptoms and a bad cough, chest pain. I really needed immediately medicines. I booked quickly the same day telephone appointment on nhs app at 9.12 am. So, a doctor called and asked questions to find the cause. He prescribed me medication and sent to the pharmacy. Also, I got strong suggestions to go to hospital, if chest pain increases and having signs of difficulty to breathing. Thankfully, I began to take medication and feeling much better. Thank you for easy access to book appointments and really dedicated care of patients. 5 stars to a doctor.

Very rud service by the reception. The way they are running the practice I would request the personnel who can take action to have a look at the service by being mystery shopper. If you call there is long waiting, even after long wait you get through someone to talk to you they are very rude. Appointment window opens from 8:00 to 9:00 and 14:00 to 15:00. Tried to get an appointment due to severe pain and been instructed by 111 to contact GP. After long day wait get a call but no solution given but to call them again. Tried next day from 8:00 in the morning till 17:00 couldn’t get a hold of having an a phone conversation with doctor(which was doctors advise to give a call for medication) why on earth this has to be so unpleasant experience while I am already in severe pain. I would really appreciate please someone have a look at this practice. Worst customer service and very laid back practice who doesn’t even listen properly to give you a solution. Please please please somebody have an enquiry and you gonna find it yourself.

I joined this surgery about 9 months ago and I’m not happy with their service at all. They have certain timing to book appointments. If you try to book appointment online through patient access there’s never any appointments available. It’s been two weeks I’m trying to book an appointment but I’m struggling to get appointment. I wish I never registered to this surgery.
