Can never get an appointment then passed over to pharmacist for telephone call. Some of us work and cannot wait all day by the phone for a phone call. When the call finally comes, pharmacist has not got a clue about me whats happened, isn't interested in listening, complete waste of time.

I contacted NI Health Centre this morning. I asked to make an appointment to see one of the doctors, was abruptly told by the member of staff that there were no available appointments today and then was told the next appointment was 18th July!!!. I was then advised that if it was urgent, to go to the walk in centre either at New Cross or the Manor Hospital. That was it. I am in a lot of pain and may require antibiotics. I am also 62 years of age and extremely dissapointed at being given this information, no compassion at all.!!!

The parking facilities at the surgery are absolutely non existence between 8.30 - 9am because they are all taken up by parents taking children to school. I was verbally abused today just for a shake off my head by a nan taking his childrento school. Some one should supervise parking during these times and afternoons to enable patients visiting the survey room to park. I appreciate there are other placed to park but 90% are taken by other parents...

We would like to thank the whole team at New Invention Heath Centre for their continued support and excellent care. We have been with this practice for many years and have seen the challenges faced by covid. The team have strived to maintain patient care and make changes to meet to meet Government guidelines throughout this time. My husband and I both have health needs particularly my husband. We cannot fault the care we receive from Dr's, nurses, healthcare or the front line team on reception. They are all ready to listen advise and provide care or referral to appropriate services. We are so pleased in such a difficult period in our life that we have excellent healthcare.
