Spoke to a Dr who told me that the previous clinician had prescribed my medications because they were being helpful and he is not. Not willing to listen at all and have false explanations of CCG rules. He cited that he cannot give me the medication I needed because I was not able to cite all the over the counter medications that I had tried before. I told him I have been through all of them that I could find but he still refused to believe me and therefore was left with no mediation for that reason. Not helpful at all

Today I had an extremely positive consultation with my GP. She took time to explain things, didn’t rush me and was extremely pleasant making me feel comfortable and valued. Excellent service.

I contacted the practice to arrange an appointment for my daughter at 8.15 this morning. I waited in a short queue before speaking to a care navigator. My total waiting time was only a few minutes. I explained my daughter's symptoms and was offered a face to face appointment for her at 10.00. At the practice, my daughter was seen on time. She was examined thoroughly, her history was discussed and she was treated with kindness. She was provided with a reassuring explanation of what caused her symptoms. Overall, the service we received today was excellent. Well done Munro Medical Centre.

I found an unusual skin blemish which I was concerned about. I filled out an e-consult form online on a Sunday, got a call from the surgery on the Monday morning, received an appointment that afternoon and received the results via a call that evening. Now that's impressive.

Booked appt with GP that I had been putting off for a while, was pleased I went, was listened too, came away with a plan and felt support was there going forward if needed.

Having been registered a few years I don't often visit the practice, that said, when I have visited I have had a welcoming and professional experience. Primarily visiting the nurses for procedures I cannot commend them enough for their work, they were chatty & built rapport before explaining each phase of any procedure and ensured I was at ease. Booking appointments was easy & there have been no extensive wait times. Given what all medical professionals have been through throughout the pandemic the staff at Munro have been exceptional in my experience with them. Ignore what you see on Facebook as it's not accurate and says more about the patients than the staff doing their utmost to support patients.

Had to literally beg for a PSA test,most of the men in my family have prostate cancer,I needed a test,first told to wait until I had symptoms,then its too late,men should be tested regularly,like women are.I have never seen a doctor there.Not good.

Never help with nothing..never come back on phone calls, or do not provide help after appointment. Very hard to get any help from that horror place.. people not getting any help in there...close doors better!!!
