Called the practice and get automated message saying go use eConsult, use eConsult and they say they have "reached their capacity" (by 10am!) and to go use 111, use 111 online and they say contact GP. Not sure where I go from here!

Been trying since December to get a face2face appointment with a Dr as have a lump which has changed in my neck,trying calling the surgery no option to speak to anyone, just an automated message saying appointments fully booked. Can't even do an econsult as constantly booked. Also I was prescribed an different antidepressant back in August which hasn't been put on prescription so had to go back to my old ones which don't work!!!!

I found a small lump, which is always a concern. I contacted my doctor via the self assessment and the speed and diligent way that I was handled was absolutely fantastic. Bloods taken, scan done within a week. Thankfully nothing to be over concerned about, but my doctor was absolutely fantastic. Thank you

Unable to book an appointment, if you call the surgery you get a recorded voicemail telling you to call back the next day or use the online 'e-consultation' process. When attempting to access the online booking system, it's constantly locked and 'fully booked'. As an Armed Forces Veteran, I've contacted Combat Stress with regards to a mental health issue and told to contact my GP, at this I simply laughed. Staff state it's due to 'staffing shortages', yet this has been the case since April 2020, a surgery that doesn't want to speak to their patients. No wonder everybody goes to A & E when they can't access routine medical care.

I can’t get though to anyone automated system on the phone tells you to go to e consult but can’t do that either. Trying to get result from MRI I had back in oct. keep being told my GP with contact me but not herd anything and can’t get though them to chase.

Tried to get an appoint on 051022 @ 08.35 message said no appointments available ring back the next day which I did today @ 08.40 again message said no appointments,when are we ever going to get to speak to someone?after going through to 111 they said I needed to speak to a GP within the hour and that someone from the surgery would ring me ,I'm still waiting it's now 22.00.

Absolutely useless can't ever get an appointment all appointments are gone five minutes after phone lines open can't make an appointment in person. Dispensery apparently always having staffing issues never open. How older people get any help from here is beyond me because I can't get anywhere e consultant what a joke sends you round and round would die of old age before any results from that unless you tell a lie that your symptoms are worse than they are if this place was a business it would be out of business would go elsewhere if I could what an absolute joke

terrible experience, I had a prolonged sore throat for nearly a month, I was repeatedly told by the practice that it wasn’t an emergency. It ended up turning into a quinsy, so then unfortunately I had to go in to a.e and spend nearly two days in hospital on a drip recovering from having the abscess in my throat drained. Only then for montgomery house to call me and tell me I should go to hospital to get my throat looked at once I had already been discharged.

My dad is 93 with limited mobility due to dizziness & falls, he cannot get to the surgery. I have been ringing trying to speak to someone at the surgery to ask if a district nurse can come and treat my dad's legs due to his varicose eczema having flared up badly. I cannot get through and the surgery message is that all appointments are taken for the day. I am not a patient at the surgery, so cannot complete an econsult form. I live in Cornwall so cannot just pop in to the surgery to speak to someone. I understand the pressure that doctors & nhs staff are experiencing, but really hope I get to speak to someone soon, before my dad's legs rot away!

Aware that telephone contact is difficult I filled out an e-consult form and within a day I had an appointment for the following day. I was given as long as I needed to explain my problem and throughout the doctor listened attentively. I was not rushed. I found that extremely reassuring and now have a treatment plan. Thank you!
