My daughter recently had concerns regarding her baby daughter and needed an appointment as soon as possible. According to my daughter the receptionist was empathetic and understanding and booked an appointment for that afternoon. The GP she saw was kind and my daughter felt actively listened to. There was prompt action and after a four day spell in hospital (an equally positive experience) my granddaughter is back home happy and well. A big thank you to all concerned.

Very good ...seen me at short notice very friendly receptionist añd friendly paramedic who seen me and also friendly nurse who seen me first to take my blood pressure I appreciate that they seen me even though I didn't have an appointment thank you

I am only leaving this review in the hope that it will generate change at this surgery as whilst the doctors you meet when you eventually get into the rooms are fantastic the wait times even with an appointment are ridiculous. On the last 3-4 occasions in the past 6 months despite having an appointment time I have waited anywhere between 60-90 (!) minutes to be seen. Whilst I understand running behind schedule on occasion is inevitable I feel this is becoming unacceptable not only for adults visiting but also for parents with young sick children who are left to wait for this long. I unfortunately will be looking to move surgeries if this continues.

We recently moved to the area and were apprehensive about registering with a new doctor. We needn't have worried! The service we have had has been excellent. The doctors have all been very helpful, checking back to make sure the problem had properly cleared up. The receptionists have also been very helpful, and both my husband and I have total confidence in this practice.

I have nothing but praise for the practice team; every time I have needed their help they have been supportive and understanding and helped me manage my long-term medical conditions. I am always able to access advice and consultation in a timely manner and most of my needs have been met over the phone, but I have been seen quickly when I have needed to be. The team’s recent support of the flu and covid jab service locally has been excellent. A huge thank-you to the whole team!

I want to say a huge thank you to all of the staff from the receptionists to the GP's for all of their care and compassion received throughout the pandemic until now. My whole family including my two younger boys have received outstanding care from all the GPs. We have all had referrals when required, and I love the online consultations for minor issues. I feel very reassured to have such wonderful and compassionate GPs care for myself, husband, and children.

I have needed several appointments for my young child recently and the staff have always all listened carefully , organised timely appointments and checked her record to provide continuity of care where possible. The surgery was well organised and we were seen by a GP who was very kind and considerate. She made my little one feel at ease and this meant she wasn’t as worried in the follow up visits to the surgery.

I have had to make contact with practice a few times over the last 18 months, to seek treatment for minor issues. Each time I have been seen very quickly by a Doctor. All the Doctors and staff have been really professional and very nice to deal with. Really great and very efficient.
