    The surgery was easy to find and we were not kept waiting very long when we arrived, and there were not too many people in the surgery while we waited.

    The receptionist at Grays Surgery was pleasant and extremely helpful. She had a prescription issued for me within an hour, after me finding out from Milton Road a letter, the the Urology Department at RNOH expressing a prescription be raised for me, had been overlooked by them.

    Did not have to wait, my app was 1.50pm and was there by 1.40pm and had my vaccination and out of surgery by 1.45pm bit of a bind having to go into Grays and pay to park in Morrisons, then walk up the top of the high street, when my GP is in Milton Road,

Since Milton Road and Grays Surgery have merged, we are able to book patients at either site, which offers more flexibility to patients.     Went to doctors with pain from hernia and doctor phone with results only to carry on suffering pain due to hernia being small ..i trouble sitting to eat my breakfast yesterday so totally unhappy.

    The receptionist are friendly and my gp is caring and compassionate. They always listen to my problem and attend to my needs as soon as possible.

    The dr really listened however the service they recommended wasn’t suitable as was only for over 18’s so I had to sort it myself in the end

    The Doctor had full knowledge of my medical records and was able to have a meaningful discussion . Took time to examine and was able to put mind at ease and gave clear guidance on managing my condition. Thank you.

    It has taken me over a week to finally create an e-consult, due to the fact that there was no option to create an appointment or prescription request from the NHS app or from The Grays Surgery website. When I did finally manage to generate and complwte the form, it was unclear whether my surgery would be contacted or the one in Milton road. However, I really appreciated the quick text message response advising that my prescription has been sent to my nominated pharmacy.

    Dear Patient. Thank you for leaving your review. I am very sorry that you have had difficulty in accessing our services via E-consult or via our website. The staff at the surgery would be very happy to help you with this if you have problems in the future. Please do not hesitate to contact us. When a patient sends a request to the surgery via e-consult the request comes directly into our clinical system. This is then usually dealt with by the staff at your usual site, however you can choose to book an appointment a either of our sites. I hope this helps.
