I rang the Surgery at 8.00 a.m. and was in a short queue. I needed to speak to a Doctor and though I got very emotional, because of how I was feeling, the Receptionist was very kind and professional. The Doctor rang me later in the day and we went through what was wrong and sort out what was needed. She was so understanding and caring. A Prescription was sent to the Pharmacist for me to pick up that evening.

They phoned me to call for appointment for medication review after waiting 1hour on the phone appointment made for 23rd 11-00 iPhoned at 12-0 clock to see why nobody had called said they are running late I agree 1hour is defiantly late after 4 hours I called in reception they told me I would have to phone and make another appointment date why me it wasn’t my fault they didn’t keep the appointment they now say earliest appointment 27th August for sure no clapping NHS again
