I have the friendliest, helpful, most efficient GP surgery. The ladies on reception, the nurse practitioners and the doctors could not be more kind and helpful. All services are always prompt as are appointments. I realise this defies the national trend and we are very lucky indeed. Thank you Medina Healthcare.

I had an appointment recently, but never look forward to visiting this practice, as in my opinion, they do not practice what they preach with regard customer care. Being immune suppressed, I wear a face mask as a matter of routine. Imagine my shock when the doctor asked me "why are you wearing a face mask"? What sort of question is that from a supposedly qualified medical practitioner in this day and age? I shall never see this particular doctor again.

On numerous occasions have called for appointments/advice and have been told I would have a call back or was booked in for an appointment. Would never receive a call back and when I’d call to query there would be no record of my original request. Then when an appointment actually does go ahead you have to advocate for yourself far more than a person without a medical agree should ever be expected to. Disgraceful care from start to finish.

Got a text to come for a flu jab as I was on immune suppressants. Nothing was said about being over 65. The nurse was rude and made me feel humiliated. She just wouldn't give me the flu jab and said it quite loud, so other people could hear her. I felt so humiliated. Can't even get to see a doctor at all. Been over 2 years now. I have been having phone calls and that's all. They used to be a caring surgery.
