   Impossible to gey hold of the reception. Waited on the phone 40mins and still no answer and this supposed to be urgent bookings from 8am. They keep giving same excuse about phone lines but no mention of it on their website. At one point I was on the phone waiting in a queue , I decided to walk to the GP surgery whilst my phone was still ringing , I managed to book an appointment but they said there is an issue with BT line although they were taking calls in front of me. Its clear that their phone lines can not accommodate the amount of patients they have as this had been happening for a long time since they merged the surgeries and became medicus partners. This needs to he resolved.
