Rang at 8am and waited on phone for 45mins to be told abruptly that there’s no appointments and to go to urgent care centre at the hospital. Shocking!! It’s gone downhill since moving from curzon avenue.

  2. Review titled Great practice nurse

Rated 5 stars out of 5

I had an appointment with the practice nurse today and left feeling so much better. She took time to listen, she was understanding and she gave me good advice. Very happy with the care I received today.

  3. Review titled Awful practice - stupid system - no communication

Rated 1 star out of 5

Worst clinic ever! Came here for a dermatology appt and had to wait 30 mins to be seen in March 2022, finally get my follow up appointment in September 2022, explained and apologised for being 10 minutes late and was told to wait they would let the clinic know. 45 minutes after telling multiple people with clipboards my name and appt time, I push for someone to check what’s happening. They then tell me because I was 10 minutes late they can’t see me!!! I never got as much as an email or a letter for this appointment after 6 months, just a phone call and a text message and nowhere did it say if you’re 10 minutes late you won’t be seen!! Absolute joke!!! 10 minutes is nothing in a busy metropolitan city like London. Especially in a clinic that always makes you wait!! Now I have to wait another 2 months, what an absolute waste of everyone’s time!!!!

  4. Review titled Impossible to get appointment and triaged by reception

Rated 1 star out of 5

After visting Chase Farm Hospital and being advised to contact me GP. I was told by reception Doctor was unable to treat me and advised me to call an ambulance to take me back to Chase Farm. I am still waiting for promised call from GP. Pleasantly suprised that I was able to get through to the Surgery at all.

  5. Review titled A bad experience

Rated 1 star out of 5

Have had a very bad experience since moving to this GP. My Dad’s knee has swollen and he can barely walk to a point where he’s had to call off going to work. He was seen once at the beginning of August when the pain wasn’t as bad, after which appointment they took three weeks to come back to him with an appointment to see a specialist. The earliest appointment available being in January 2023. Due to this, he’s now had to book tickets to go to another country to get seen and treated. We’ve tried to book an appointment for two days so he can get a sick note for work, calling at exactly 8 o’clock and they’re always fully booked and ask us to call the following day. And this isn’t just with us. I’ve seen another review where somebody was attempting to book an appointment for a week and they were unsuccessful.

  6. Review titled poor healthcare service

Rated 1 star out of 5

First of all patches is not working. Waste of time to even try to report an issue. Diagnosis given via phone when calling regarding my son's health. I had to take my children to urgent care so a doctor could have a look and examine them. Calling at 8am, already 19th on the line. Several receptionist are rude. Since they merges the surgeries the care provided is very poor. I cant put up with this nonsense when it comes to my children's health. My gp at Dean House was great but now I am talking to different gps everytime i get call back. Not good. Overall, i am very unhappy with the service since the merge took place.

  7. Review titled Poor all round

Rated 1 star out of 5

by Neglected Patients - Posted on 21 June 2022

Trying to get to see a GP is near enough impossible, trying to get a telephone appt is near impossible. A quick pop in to pick up a prescription/blood test form takes an age with people queuing out of the building and into the street, instead of having forms ready that the GP requested the day before, the forms are printed out while you and the people behind you wait. Tests that have been submitted (before 10am because god forbid you have a job and can't drop them off until the afternoon) have been lost, additional tests that the GP has requested have not been passed on. Pretty much a complete shambles.
