I am extremely impressed by the compassionate care and understanding received in my diagnosis this week, and the speed it has been dealt with. Both the Doctor and Practice Nurse have been excellent.

I came to see Dr S (I have seen him on a couple of occasions) and i can honestly say he is the epitome of what a Doctor should be. Kind and caring and compassionate. I was upset during some parts and he is very mild mannered and understanding. I feel at ease with him, he’s very reassuring and just has a very approachable manner. He took me to Nurse E for a blood sample and she was equally as friendly professional and kind. She said she came into this job wanting to make people feel comfortable and she did just that. Just came across as a really nice person. Both of these are an asset to Mawsley Surgery.

The practice was as efficient and helpful as always. Only a short wait before being seen and nurse was very apologetic for keeping me waiting.

A experienced a detailed annual review by the Practice Nurse, who was excellent.ashe took a number of blood tests, my weight, height and blood pressure. I returned the following day with a urine sample.

As a carer with anxiety I was listened to & Encourage by the kindness & thorough examination given to me by Dr Other tests were done promptly & I feel confident in the Mawsley practice, nurses Also very informative.Thanku all.
